Combining Micro Medical Technologies tooling and automation resources with over 40 years of technical expertise in tube fabrication, cutting and expansion allows Micro to offer three Custom Program systems to meet our customers varying needs.
- Manual: Prototype and less than 50,000 pieces per year
- Semi-Automated: 50,000 – 300,000 pieces per year
- Fully Automated: over 300,000 pieces per year
Proven global supply sources for drawn and seamless tubing combined with our patented Rolled Tube Technology and automated work cells allow us to continue to drastically reduce tubing costs on high volume single-use disposable instruments including:
